Reiki Training

Reiki training is structured into multiple levels, each building upon the previous to deepen your understanding and mastery of this ancient healing art.

  1. Reiki Level 1 (Shoden): This introductory level focuses on self-healing and healing others through hands-on techniques. Participants learn the history of Reiki, basic hand positions, and foundational principles. Attunements are given to open the energy channels, allowing Reiki energy to flow.
  2. Reiki Level 2 (Okuden): Building on Level 1, this intermediate level introduces symbols and mantras that enhance the power and focus of Reiki energy. Participants learn distance healing techniques and deepen their practice through more advanced methods. Further attunements strengthen the connection to Reiki energy.
  3. Reiki Level 3 (Shinpiden) / Master Level: This advanced level is for those who wish to achieve mastery and teach Reiki to others. Participants receive the Master symbol, learn advanced healing techniques, and undergo the final attunement. This level emphasizes personal growth, spiritual development, and the responsibilities of being a Reiki Master.
Meditation Workshops

Our meditation workshops cater to all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, offering a variety of techniques to cultivate mindfulness, relaxation, and inner peace.

  1. Introduction to Meditation: This beginner’s workshop covers the basics of meditation, including posture, breathing techniques, and simple mindfulness exercises. Participants learn how to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and develop a regular meditation practice.
  2. Mindfulness Meditation: Focusing on the present moment, this workshop teaches techniques to enhance awareness and acceptance. Participants learn to observe their thoughts and emotions without judgment, fostering a sense of calm and clarity in daily life.
  3. Guided Visualization and Deep Relaxation: This workshop uses guided imagery to promote deep relaxation and healing. Participants are led through visualizations designed to release tension, enhance creativity, and connect with their inner selves.
  4. Advanced Meditation Practices: For seasoned meditators, this workshop explores deeper techniques such as chakra meditation, transcendental meditation, and mantra meditation. Participants learn to access higher states of consciousness and spiritual insight.
